Staff was very helpful. Loved the complimentary espresso 24/7 (for those of us who always sleep past the free breakfast:)

Liked: Loved the decor! Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and very pretty.

Liked: Great staff and hotel is in a fabulous location. Rooms are small but what you expect for NYC. Bit expensive but guess it’s December.

Liked: Location, proximity to subway. Very cosy hotel.Very clean rooms and confortável beds. Staff is amazing! We booked a room with city view but at arrival we were looking at a wall. Wrong information from booking.com. Fortunately the hotel gave us upgrade to room with view.
Disliked: 700€ per night for a still too small room ( even after upgrade) no breakfast included, even not available, is far too expensive even in Manhattan

Cold, miserable and basic

Liked: Nothing, the room a corner room was small and cold. There was no heating in the bathroom at all. The aircon/heater in bedroom was on and off all night. The under sheet of the bed appeared to have not been changed there were hairs in the bed. This is little more than a hostel - very basic - nowhere to hang any clothes, no plugs next to bed. The only good point is location.
