Very nice, recently updated hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was great. We were able to choose any items off the menu, the service was great, and orders were filled quickly and accurately.
Disliked: Booking didn’t charge us the pet fee or tell us how much it would be and the hotel didn’t know we were bringing a dog. Luckily they were ok with it and accommodated us.

Trendy and comfortable

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. The welcome drinks were a lovely bonus given via an origami crane which was a theme of the hotel. The location was close to Ponce city Market which was great to walk to for dinner. The beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the ice machine which was really noisy.

The Darwin saved the day...

Liked: It was very accessible to the city and the staff is very friendly
Disliked: Nothing—it was a great stay

Passable

Disliked: Small rooms. Rooms had no mini fridge or coffee pot. Hotel is 4 floors only had 1 elevator. Restaurant and bar had minimal open hours. Only had 1 ice machine and microwave for all rooms to share.
