Liked: The staff was amazing! So close to the falls. Seva Bar & restaurant was amazing
Disliked: The Pillows.

Good time was had.

Liked: Service was friendly and very accommodating. They were very willing to work with me when I arrived before scheduled check-in time.
Disliked: Breakfast at the attached, Seva Cafe, was a bit pricey compared to other places in the area. The room was advertised to include steaming TV service, but it was in the process of being upgraded, so it was not availible to me at the time.

Liked: We ate at the adjoining small restaurant. front desk staff awesome. Close walking distance to the Falls and Casino. Had a beautiful view of the old church just across the street. The room was very up to date, beds were comfy.
Disliked: The room had no closet. Instead it had pegs hanging from a small alcove to hang your clothes. Did not work well for us at all. The bathroom had a "barn door"closure which was hard to open and close. The bathroom had a big tub we didn't use it. The shower was a separate walk in, which was awesome. But the shower head was one of those rain ones. Right over your head.....not enough power to get shampoo and conditioner out efficiently. There wasn't a lot of places to put your soap if you didn't want to use the items on the wall in the shower. Also no hand rails on the shower wall....floor was a bit slippery. Lighting could have been brighter.

Very cozy relaxing stay.

Liked: Walking distance to many attractions,night life,and food. Very clean and the bed very super comfy. Parking was also onsite very convenient.
Disliked: The rooms are small, only 1 chair in the room and no table for dining in room. Also no closet or iron was provided.

Liked: Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, and exceptional service from the staff. The room amenities were thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and seamless. Couldn’t ask for more—just perfect

Modern feel and unbeatable location

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms seem to have been updated recently. Location really sold this place.
Disliked: The room, despite having a “new” feel, fell short on cleanliness. There were noticeable stains on the furniture, uncleaned carpet corners, and several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning casting option on the television and a broken bathroom fixture.
