Perfect for our family!

Liked: The hotel is fairly recently renovated so the rooms are comfortable and bathrooms clean and modern. (Large showers which we like and the lack of a bath didn’t bother us.) We also liked the adjoining rooms for our family and the breakfast had a good choice and was tasty. The location is very good - within easy walking distance to Solihull shops and restaurants, and close to the M42 and airport. We chose to return to this hotel because we feel it’s great for our family and good value for money. And all the staff are so friendly - the icing on the cake : )
Disliked: Nothing.

Would highly recommend

Liked: The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and the bed was extremely roomy. Access to the gym and swimming pool was a very welcome extra.
Disliked: Complimentary water in reception looked unclean.

Good quality business hotel.. Quiet...

Liked: Lovely staff in the restaurant, particularly at breakfast, but Sonia in the evening was very friendly and pleasant. They all were.
Disliked: Room was cold despite the thermostat reading 21.5C.
