Great room, friendly staff ,...

Liked: Spacious room, friendly staff, lovely bathroom, good food and great facilities.Exceptional member of staff in restaurant, called Travis.
Disliked: Generator outside our bedroom made constant humming noise which disturbed my sleep but I am a light sleeper. Also lift out of order 2out of our 3 days; we were on fourth floor.

Clean comfortable and staff always...

Liked: Breakfast good, Lucy on late shift went above and beyond to help us settle quickly. Not enough biscuits in room as only one packet for two guests.
Disliked: Paying for car park
