Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room did not have any windows, I was aware of this before going there but it can't become hard staying there for longer period of time.

Superb

Liked: Other guests were being very loud at 1:30 in the morning at the hotel's pool. Called the front desk and they fixed the problem within 5 minutes.
Disliked: No drink vending machines

It was fine, the room...

Liked: The floors were slanted; our shower door wouldn’t even close. The bed was comfortable. The location was awesome and the staff were amazing.
Disliked: Our entire room was so slanted our bathroom door didn’t lock. Also the courtyard that we had to walk through to get to our building smelled like old trash. The dumpster were in that area.
