Liked: The ambience, the location and staff
Disliked: I am not overly keen on the choice of food for the evening meal.

Good but extra charges are...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: The last 2 times I have booked this hotel through booking.com I have carefully selected to pay the price which includes breakfast. On arrival I have been informed both times that breakfast isn’t included and have to pay extra. This is very frustrating and when I’ve checked my booking there is no breakfast option included. It has got to the point that next time I book I feel I need to take a screenshot of the booking just to prove what I have reserved. This has happened with other hotels too so I am extra careful.

Liked: Staff, views and cleanliness were amazing
Disliked: Noisy aircon in our first room but they kindly moved us to fantastic room and the view over the bay wasamazing
