Liked: A very enjoyable overnight stay with my teenage granddaughter. We both enjoyed the swimming pool when we arrived and before breakfast. However, there were some issues with the booking when we arrived. I was also given an incorrect bill at the end of the evening meal, and the bill was also wrong when we checked out, I was even over-charged for the goggles I bought for my granddaughter. Fortunately, I checked each step carefully and noticed the errors. This was the only disappointing part of what was a very enjoyable visit. One additional thing to mention is that our room was unbearably warm and the air conditioning system wasn't working so we had to request a fan, which did help to cool the room a bit. Despite this, we would definitely visit again

Liked: We've stayed in this hotel several times in the past. It maintains its standards of comfort and cleanliness, but on this occasion exceeded our expectations for friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast selection.
Disliked: Too few lifts for the number of storeys in the building.
