Disliked: Nothing else. It was a nice hotel.

Disliked: The staff was terrible. When checking in was asked if it was ok if we didn’t have a television. Are room was next to a pub and were heard music till 2 am both nights when trying to sleep. Very disappointed. The staff didn’t care about us at all. Would not recommend and I am a IHG member.

Not at all what reviews...

Disliked: Description makes it sound like a boutique hotel, however it really was just a "standard" hotel with a somewhat "modern" exterior. Rooms were average and facilities were lacking. We were told "bartender didnt show up for work" so we could not sit at bar and order a drink. It was a Thursday night! Also, location was described as being a short walk into historic district, however area in which hotel was located was sketchy
