Disliked: they charged my credit card 2 times and no one is helping me get it fixed

My family and I loved...

Liked: Great location, close to historic city, just a walk over the bridge!Staff was very friendly and helpful!… the personal touch. Room was clean and comfortable! Secure and free parking on site!Cute lobby with hotel bar and restaurant. Child, friendly.
Disliked: The glass shower door was a partial door, which made it slightly difficult to keep from getting water on the floor.

Disliked: Room was old and bed was worn out and trash all over patio balcony where walls was falling off sides concrete also sounds from road came right in room as if we where outside bad windows
