Liked: Clean room and facilities, kind and friendly personnel…
Disliked: I was checking out at 8:30 am, and nobody was at the reception. Waited for 15 minutes ( as we had a charge to the room from the restaurant and I wanted to pay it with a different card ( that isn’t on file)… had to put the room cards in the box and leave … it would be nice if you had a bell …

Highly recommended - Great location...

Liked: Great location with view of lake (and ice castle!). Comfortable, spacious room. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Restaurant on site has good options and plenty of seating.

Lovely place to stay with...

Liked: Lovely view of a little lake, spacious rooms that are extremely well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their common room was lovely with a pretty view of the ice castle and a nice fireplace. There was a small bar there and we were able to play board games and have dinner there. Hot tub was great after a day of snowboarding!
Disliked: It was a little further from White Face ski resort than I thought
