Disliked: The ensuite bathroom. Specifically the shower was not very powerful. A shower over bath is not great and a shower curtain nowadays is just horrible

Liked: Location, Bed very comfortable and breakfast was good.
Disliked: This one lady counter employee who didn't even keep eye contact with me! I checked in around 9:23pm after a long day but my first first reception with this person wasn't welcoming! I didn't even hear words she said after asking me if I was checking in. But there after Mohammad walked to the check in point and he made the whole difference, he smiled, welcomed me and directed me in all I needed. Even in the early morning, Mohammad got me what I requested. The lady person simply walked on the side and sat at her computer chair desk. Anyway, thereafter I made the most of the other good experience we had at the hotel.

Liked: The over all feel of the hotel was one of elegance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The view out of the window of the football stadium car is not very eye catching but then I wasn't there for the view.
