Lovely hotel, great staff.

Liked: Comfortable room, approachable friendly staff, lovely pool.
Disliked: We loved the breakfast but our daughter is allergic to dairy and there were no labels on breakfast items in terms of allergens. For example, we very much assumed there was milk or butter in the muffins and croissants, but if there wasn’t she would have loved to have had one.

Disliked: Firstly, check-in was delayed as the room was not ready upon arrival. To pass the time, we decided to order a pizza from the restaurant, which was completely empty. Despite this, the food took 45 minutes to be prepared.Later that night, around midnight, someone in the car park was playing loud music from their car for approximately 20 minutes, causing a disturbance. At 4:30 AM, there was also loud conversation in the corridor, lasting around 15–20 minutes, which further disrupted our rest
