Excellent stay, amazing facilities, really...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, I'm vegan and I expected very little. So the fact there was more than a few options was excellent. The steam room and sauna were also a nice surprise.
Disliked: There wasn't much to dislike, I think the pillows were feather, but that's only because I have an allergy I noticed.

Lovely hotel with great facilities

Liked: Great room, pool facilities, breakfast
Disliked: I had accidentally booked a room without breakfast and with breakfast it was £30 more. I was disappointed to be charged £66 more as I thought this was a lot.

Liked: The hotel is clean, presentable and the staff were friendly
Disliked: It’s a little far from the station but worth the drive

We would come back but...

Liked: Everything is very clean and there were always staff ready to help at check in and check out
Disliked: The pillows were so thick it was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. Breakfast wasn’t included and seemed very expensive for children when all they’d eat is a bowl of cereal and juice. So we decided to go elsewhere.
