Liked: The room was very clean and spacious. Good variety for breakfast and considering it was half term it was too busy. The staff were kind and helpful. A modern and clean hotel. The spa was really good and not too busy.
Disliked: No complaints

The hotel is ok, but...

Liked: Great staff, easy to park, confortable rooms. The free water bottles sent to the room where very handy.
Disliked: ConsWifi is quite slow, specially at night when there are more guests, so it was impossible to check emails while staying at the hotel.The water from the tap shoots a burst of hot water every time the tap is open, even when the water is turned on cold. Almost burned my hands a couple times.

Weekend stay mix of business...

Liked: I was given a warm welcome, and reception area was bright and airy.The cafe and atrium bar were nicely laid out with attentive staff Food was fantastic, all delicious and good servings tho a bit pricey. Service was excellent. Room was lovely, well appointed, fresh and new. Piping hot shower and fabulous toiletries, the shampoo and conditioner left my hair silky smooth. Hairdryer was excellent too powerful unlike most hotels. Can't fault anything there
Disliked: Bed was too hard, very uncomfortable as l have musco skeletal issues. I had to get up to apply Volterol pain gel. Also horrible noise from outside like a generator kicking in and out all night, tho on reflection it might have been a heat pump as it's an economical hotel. I was tired as didn't sleep enough either night.My room didn't get made up which was annoying as l had to go to reception to replenish drinks items, but they gave me plenty on request. I didn't like the multiple TV screens in the atrium bar, especially on Sunday with both noise football and music playing in background too. More akin to a Wetherspoons than a 4 star hotel.I was aiming to use the spa but no treatments offered in weekends! Really disappointed with that issue, l expected it to be open as per other hotels of similar category.
