Disliked: Don’t know about Breakfast because I’d overindulge the night before, was still on me head in the morning…in fact took me all day to right meself

Liked: We had a great time at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We went swimming and the area were all very clean.

Disliked: Poor customer service Poor staff attitude Over pricedTotal lack of post stay communication when management are allegedly dealing with my complaint and instead repeatedly ignore or palm me off and this has now been going on for over 2 month.

Amazing stay in Reading

Liked: Staff are very attentive especially Anastasia and the folks at breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay and explore the Reading area. Also the gym and swimming pool were a real bonus.
Disliked: Dinner options were quite expensive and food was not great quality.
