Liked: Paid for breakfast. There was good choice, with both continental and cooked. We also had an evening meal (room service) which was very nice. The room was a good size, clean and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Some of the cooked breakfast buffet was a bit cold as it was only kept hot by heat lamps. It would have been nice to have some muffins too. The room service meal could have benefitted from a cover to keep the food hotter. It would have been nice to have bread other than sourdough on the room service menu.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Beautiful room and excellent location. Breakfast was so good with so much choice and good quality food
Disliked: One of the rooms we booked was a family room and we booking.com did not rely this to the hotel. Therefore the hotel had to put a camp bed in our room when we were under the assumption we'd get a sofa bed and it wasn't the best.
