Very good

Liked: The staff really brought a warm and friendly vibe, making every chat enjoyable. The food was an amazing experience, with each dish made perfectly and full of flavor. The rooms were super clean and filled with natural light, making for a cozy and inviting space for everyone.
Disliked: The spot isn’t great, especially for what you’re paying. It feels like you’re booking a hotel in the heart of the city, but then you find out it’s way out on the edge instead.

Liked: This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel, and I can already tell you that there will definitely be a third time. A high-class hotel, a staff that welcomes you kindly from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. It's strange that it's a hotel because I feel as at home there as possible! Recommended!

Liked: I like the room, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room has very interesting design - and spacious. Good with complimentary water.
Disliked: Location is almost an industrial estate - there is buses and trains to connect to Milano city so not a big problem. I also did find the Spa & Gym facilities a bit confusing. For example there was no lockers - but there was lockers, but they didnt have keys available so you supposed to store your valuables in a locker that is not possible to lock.
