A very average hotel stay,...

Liked: Very good location, close to everything. Room was very nice, great bed.
Disliked: Staff were nice, but found them very unprofessional for a hotel chain. Training needs to be offered to staff to improve. Really not great with customer service. Entry to hotel could also be a little more inviting. Cleanliness also need to be monitored outside the hotel.

Liked: Voco’s location is excellent. Not far from all the great and beautiful eateries. Nice and beautifully decorated hotel. Comfortable beds. This is our 3rd time staying here and every time we come to Melbourne, we stay at Voco.

Lovely for a weekend

Liked: Very good location. Room was stunning and comfortable
Disliked: Lifts were a nightmare to work. Bar was dead all the time. Pool was very small and didn’t look like photos

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, in a sun drenched dining room overlooking Melbourne CBD. Architecturally interesting and high quality environment. Staff were outstanding.

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly.The rooms were nice, bed comfy and well designed room. Loved the bathroom.Great location.
Disliked: Some of the pillows were lumpy and soft. Would be good to have an extra pillow for support.
