Liked: Good location for stay with dogs, comfortable room and very friendly staff

Lovely hotel with good breakfast...

Liked: We were given a room upgrade . Im not sure if this was because I indicated it was my 60th birthday or because I booked through Booking .com and I am on genius level 3The bed was massive with good linen and the bathroom was modern and very clean . Good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing . We enjoyed our stay.

Great relaxing Stay.

Liked: Location was great, easy to reach by bus and close to Retiro park. Building was accessible and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and even suggested how it is possible to get a late check in which was very much appreciated. We travelled to celebrate birthdays and were greeted with a pleasant surprise of complimentary cake slices in room service.

Liked: Very kind staff, breakfast and location were OK.
Disliked: Our room was in urgent need of renovation and Wi-Fi signal on the 8th floor was 0.
