Had a lovely time but...

Liked: Hotel looks amazing. Very friendly welcoming feeling to the place. Lovely food and excellent service. Views are amazing.
Disliked: That we couldn’t get any spa treatments as they were all booked up. We wouldn’t have booked the hotel if we knew this at time of booking. 2 days prior! A suggestion would be to reserve a couple of spots for staying guests to reserve at least the day before staying.

Liked: The place was really nice. It’s spread across a few buildings and it has a pretty views. The Spa area was as described but the massage rooms and the massage exceeded my expectations. There was always plenty of towels, swimming suit dryer, hair dryers and even straighteners. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only downside was our dinner. The restaurant was lovely so was service and the singer. All very elegant just the food itself was lacking flavour. The same with the breakfast, it was fantastic so much choice and lovely service. I ordered English breakfast. All bit rubbery, lacking flavour and cold.

Perfect for a girly catch...

Liked: Food for dinner in The Tudor restaurant and for breakfast was of a very high quality. Lovely decor in the restaurant and hotel. Friendly staff. Triple room was very spacious and very modern. We all had a great sleep.
Disliked: Water in the pool was a bit on the chilly side.

Disliked: No warm jacuzzi, car park and hotel.full if work vans ajd workmen on course, I have no problem with workmen AT ALL..just don't want a hotel full of them when I've gone for a relaxing spa time away. I might just as well gone to a travel lodge. Disabled facilities are dire. Lack of signage for reception. Not worth the money I'm afraid. Disappointing.
