Lovely option in Upstate.

Liked: The room is spacious and the aesthetic is exactly what I like. We also ate at the Day Line restaurant and it was lovelly.
Disliked: The first night we stayed we experienced a lot of noise from the laundry facility which was right under our room. Beyond that, it was a great stay.

Definitely my go to accommodations...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, and our waitress, Chrissy, was amazing! Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was well laid out and the beds were so very comfortable!
Disliked: Description of the room we chose for an extra fee was "Riverview", and, while we could indeed see the frozen river, the view really should have been named "Parking Lot".

Disappointing

Liked: This is our second visit. First visit was dissapointed and we wanted to give a second chance but unfourtanetly nothing has changed! Staff was unpolite and not warming welcome! A hotel may be well designed, but if the service and staff are poor, that hotel will not reach anywhere.
Disliked: Staff and service!

Liked: The view of river.
Disliked: Drove a long way motivated to have access to spa, didn’t give me an appointment. You have to pay for breakfast and everything separate.
