Disappointing

Liked: It's convenient for an early flight out of LaGuardia.
Disliked: We expected a whirlpool tub that turned out to be just a deep tub with no jets... that poured brown water. We skipped our bath.

Liked: Friendly and professional staff at desk/reception
Disliked: I told cleaning crew to please do my room and didn't. The older lady kept saying that she didn't have that room and she was gonna ask the other lady but never saw her again. Then the second day I spoke to a younger lady who finally did my room. I understand they have a schedule but I asked her, please just give me an answer Yes or No it's simple. Anyways, everything else was great.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. There was plenty to do on site. Several restaurants and even a karaoke club on the first floor. The free shuttle to LGA was the primary reason we booked. Great service.

Liked: Very comfortable room and beds.
Disliked: Very unattractive from the outside and bizarre location. Elevators open to warehouse or storage rooms from one side and hotel floors on another
