Disliked: Allocated basement room, very dark. no outlook and window was opaque glass that could not be opened.

Bad Experience - Can not...

Liked: There was a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. The lobby and bar areas were well-designed and pleasant, offering a surprising contrast to the rest of our experience.
Disliked: Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We booked a room with two single beds but received a tiny room with just one bed – the kind you’d expect as a single elsewhere. On top of that, the window couldn’t be opened, so there was no way to get fresh air.To make matters worse, we had to endure constant noise from the room next door. It sounded like machinery or ventilation running all night, similar to a low-setting hairdryer, which made sleeping difficult.Hygiene was also lacking, as the bed linens weren’t clean. The shower had barely any water pressure, and although we were told breakfast was included, it turned out it wasn’t.Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom had a funny smell. Room service advertised as 24 hours. Told we could get food after 11pm even though there was nothing to state the kitchen closed at that time.

Liked: The location was very good and it was good for what we were doing. In general the staff were good and pleasant. The room was spacious.
Disliked: The bar was either not open or there was no one there to serve. The central heating was noisy. A fan was running constantly when the heating was on.
