Liked: The hotel location was good as we could walk to town and most attraction sites.Most staff were kind and welcoming.
Disliked: There were issues with our booking which could not be resolved on arrival. We had booked a family room but it turned out this was not a family room so we had to spend a further £179 for a second room on our first night. After paying over £1650 for our family room. In trying to resolve the matter. The hotel receptionist advised us we will get complimentary vouchers as an apology, which they never provided.Booking.com had an inaccurate photo of the hotel on their website leading customers to believe that the hotel has a swimming pool. Very wrong.Before travelling, we tried to phone the hotel directly, but it was impossible to speak to them. We kept being redirected to an automated customer service in London, hmm dodgy. Breakfast was ok but you had to queue for Coffee which was made for customers behind the counter as there was Coffee machine
