Liked: My family and I really enjoyed by the customer service. This business is all about communication and the staff was aware of it, even though they are really young. Facilities also satisfactory.

Wonderful hotel, perfect sleep and...

Liked: Wonderful hotel, nice atmosphere, beautiful room with very stylish lighting. Perfect bed, completely darkening curtains, silent room, perfect airco and heating. Overall a very good hotel room. Bar was nice, breakfast as good and complete as can be. Absolutely highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. To small, to light (not a romantic setting), to small bath that wasn't cleaned properly, mediocre shower possibilities. Not in line with the rest of the experience.

Parking @ Voco - cash...

Liked: I requested a cot for our baby. When we got to the room there wasn't one. I asked at the reception before we went for dinner and when we got to the room there was a nice camping cot with a pillow and duvet and extra towels.
Disliked: We were not made aware that the parking must be paid with cash. This was a bit of an inconvenience as we do not carry cash.Luckily, a friendly staff member was able to assist us with getting our car out of the parking to get cash.
