hotel is great, staffing was...
Liked: this hotel has great views, we stayed in the river view room on the 20th floor and it was gorgeous.
Disliked: the parking is almost $60 every 12 hours and it's at a parking garage across the street. you must get the parking validated or else you will have to pay every single time you exit the garage (we were not informed of this so we had to get refunded). the very first impression upon walking in was a staff member saying he would tow our car if we parked at the entrance. we said of course we'll move we were just trying to get our party together so we could check in to the hotel at the same time. he said okay because i WILL tow you. it was so incredibly rude and uncomfortable

Superb
Liked: Very nice hotel - spacious lobby. The hotel restaurant was very good and the bar has massive Tv's which was nice to watch the world series on.
Disliked: Location was a bit hard to find- nearby parking was not that accessible, im sure the hotel offered parking but it was probably 60 per night I would assume. Also - the elevators are drastically slow.
