Liked: Very nice hotel - spacious lobby. The hotel restaurant was very good and the bar has massive Tv's which was nice to watch the world series on.
Disliked: Location was a bit hard to find- nearby parking was not that accessible, im sure the hotel offered parking but it was probably 60 per night I would assume. Also - the elevators are drastically slow.

Disliked: Website said free breakfast only to find out later only the adults were free and we had to pay for the childrenEdit update: I will never stay here again. Once I got home I had 2 extra charges on my credit card one for $178 and one for $398 dollars. Only charge I should of had was for the $200 for the deposit. Called the hotel they told me it's because their system showed I stayed an extra day. Which is crazy because I didn't stay an extra day. When I checked out I gave my parking pass and was told there wouldn't be any other transactions to my card because my parking will be deducted from the $200 deposit. I'm now fighting for these 2 transaction to cone off. I will never stay here again.Edit again to the hotel response. We got 3 vouchers for the adults for each day for the free breakfast and we paid for our son to eat. If breakfast isn't free then take it off the website and if it wasn't free why did we get 3 vouchers for the adults to eat each day we stayed.. I know parking was included in the stay that is why when I checked out I paid 118 which was post to be deducted from the $200 deposit. I shouldn't have gotten charged for the 2 other transactions ($178 and the $398) all u can say is sorry for the inconvenience yet u just committed fraud charging my card for extra transactions that wasn't agreed on or spoken about and when I left I got my receipt one was for my stay and the other for the parking and the 2 extra transactions had nothing to do with either receipt. Added a photo from booking to show it says breakfast included.

Very sweet vibes, 8.5/10

Liked: The river view was stunning and the design from the furniture, colors, etc was on point! I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. Also, I accidentally left my wallet upon check-in and I asked the staff and they 1) knew exactly what I was talking about 2) got on it immediately to retrieve and get back to me. The morning staff was so personable, friendly and professional!
Disliked: Inside of the bathroom, there were products to use but they weren’t replenished prior to our check-in. If it’s going to be there, it should be there…if that makes sense.

Good value of money and...

Liked: The room was spacious, both the bedroom as well as the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. The food was also delicious, both the breakfast buffet as well as dinner at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the glass bottles at room and refilling option at hall.
Disliked: The AC made extreme noise, so I had to keep the fan level at low. Also the walls were like paper thin, I could also hear every single word a person next room said out loud, like they were at my room. That was on both sides - one had a connecting door between the rooms, other side did not and the noise came through the same. Also, I was at 20th floor and the street construction work sounds came is as it was just behind my door.
