Although our stay of three...

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast and were very happy with the recommendation for the Toronero Restaurant which was a short walk from the hotel.Our bedroom, bathroom and bathroom products were all excellent.

Comfortable hotel, nice location, friendly...

Liked: Nice room, good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, Sicilian style.
Disliked: Parking was the biggest negative, absolute free for all but maybe because Im used to UK. Could not get sky TV to work.

An excellent retreat in the...

Liked: No wonder this hotel is always booked out it is exceptional in every sense. The attention to detail and cleanliness is evident in every aspect. The staff are welcoming, kind, informed and efficient I only wish I could have stayed longer. The bed, for those with back issues, is fabulous, firm supportive and so comfortable with a choice of pillows which is really helpful. I only wish more hotels modelled themselves with this level of thoughtfulness and SERVICE! Set in a peaceful part of town with easy access to trains and other transport. I can rate this hotel highly enough. Thank you I loved being there. Breakfast is simple but beautifully served with individual attention.
