Great value for money -...

Liked: Surprisingly well equipped rooms - even a yoga mat which was a really nice touch! Rooms at the back were quiet even though close to the road. Staff at front desk were lovely. Very good value for money - for a new, clean, well-equipped hotel. Safe area to walk around at night no probs.
Disliked: Slightly far to walk to public transit (as some of the closest metro stops have been closed for a while).

Disliked: Our room was dirty. They were clumps of hair in the shower and bathroom. The room wasn’t clean at all. I asked for maid service and even agreed to wait until the following day since it was late. The room wasn’t cleaned as agreed until the final day of my three day stay. I felt uncomfortable to even bathe.

Liked: Nice location, modern finish and good quality fittings overall. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Kitchenette has no cooking utensils or crockery making it essentially useless. Our bathroom smelled of sewage but may have just been our one rather than all of them in the building. Nice hotel but our specific stay had issues and generally there was a poor attention to detail eg no toilet roll and the soap hadn’t been filled, safe didn’t work, window didn’t fully shut so it was loud at night. Staff made an error booking our taxi to the airport despite us checking details twice and this ended up costing us a lot of money to rectify on the day.
