Lovely stay in a perfect...

Liked: Perfect location, everything was very close to the hotel, front desk staff was very helpful, special thanks to the Hotel Manager Gokhan, Receptionist Cory, and Receptionist Anil Kudu. Especially Anil gave us all kinds of information about the best activities in Oahu and Maui. Maui was our second stop in the Hawaiian islands and surprisingly, he is very knowledgeable about Maui. My wife and I, both of us have birthdays in November and management gave us a small treat for that.My sister was with us as well and therefore we used one of the large suites with two rooms and bathrooms. It was very convenient and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Comfortable hotel, excellent location

Liked: Super friendly staff, the location was excellent, close to the beach, the bus stop and restaurants. Crossing the street you can find a really nice poke restaurant. The bed was perfect, very comfortable. Everything clean. The breakfast has all that you need.
Disliked: The tables for breakfast weren’t as comfortable as the rest of the facilities, could improve. Also, you can hear the noise coming from the street, but if it’s easy to sleep for you (as for me) there’s no problem.

Pleasant but would try somewhere...

Liked: Close to beach but very noisy location. Room clean but very small. Staff mostly excellent.Breakfast options were limited - but plenty of it. Fruit fabulous. Provision of towels etc -good.
Disliked: Windows needed a block out curtain. Outside noise at night - very loud. Pillows mini sized.

Nice room, friendly people, good...

Liked: Nice room with everything needed. Some additional streaming functions directly implemented in the TV. It is very pleasing to have a hotel where reception is available 24h. Moreover having 24h the option to get fresh cold water or hot water/Tee is very nice.
Disliked: I sometimes like to have just fresh air from outside. Thus I alway like it to have the option to open a window. This was not possible at my room, thus fresh air is only deliverable via air conditioning. The air conditioning directly goes onto the bed, so you feel it directly while sleeping. I cannot sleep like this and thus turned it off. But this was the only thing that was not optimal about my room.
