Very nice people, good location.

Liked: Employees very nice and always supporting you. Very nice welcome.Location is great, downtownView on the river is wonderful
Disliked: WIFI connection really badno lunch on site.Bathrooms very small. Clean and well done, byt small. but this is a boat and i was expecting that. Not a problem for me but just to let travellers know is they want a big bathroom.

Amazing

Liked: Amazing experience from start to finish. It's ideally located for the Altstadt, the staff are fabulous, breakfast was lovely and the beds and pillows so comfy my daughter now wants to upgrade her mattress!!
Disliked: We didn't find anything we didn't like!

Great stay on the Rhine

Liked: Walking distance to Christmas market and located next door to our cruise ship (also owned by Viva). Very convenient!
Disliked: Nothing. It was great.staff very friendly and welcoming.
