Excellent work except for the...
Liked: Very clean and great central location with a great view of the falls and Clifton Hill.
Disliked: Upon arrival, told we had to park off site. A real inconvenience for most people especially in the winter. Although it is a shortish walk we didn’t feel particularly safe late at night walking from the lot to the hotel.

Liked: Check in was smooth.
Disliked: Have stayed here numerous times, but not recently. If you ask me it has gone through changes, and not good ones. They added to the hotel recently, and staff told me that the rooms in the wings are nice and new, upgraded and upgraded. We were put in the old building. The room is dated, furniture is worn, beds not very comfortable, and lack any sort of duvet/ comforter. Mold in the shower. The towels are something I would expect to find in a cheap motel. Breakfast is overpriced. One of the elevators was out of service for part of the stay, so long waits. There are much nicer hotels in the area for the same price.
