Disappointed

Liked: Great location. Beds are comfortable
Disliked: We always choose Vittoria Hotel when traveling to Niagara Falls, let me predict by saying that. It was my birthday and we chose to spend the night in Niagra at Vittoria . I initially paid to upgrade to a king bed suite upon check in. We check into our room and the heater was making a loud continuous noise so I called down to front desk for them to either fix it or change rooms. The front desk manager William, suggested we move rooms since that was the faster option. Great , so we move to another king suite. Same thing. Heater was loud. At this point it’s closer to 10:30pm ( we checked in at around 10pm). So I called the front desk back and William mentioned that the options were, another room with 2 queen beds, or an upgraded suite with a king bed for at a “ discounted rate “. We don’t need 2 queen beds as it’s just my husband and I and I didn’t want to pay anymore. It was frustrating because the heater was loud , not our fault. Clearly out-dated. Why should we have to pay to be in an upgrade suite to have another king sized bed room? Makes no sense. Paid a discounted rate upgrade because we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep . Got to the new room and the toilet still had stains from someone’s poop in the bowl, and the shower tiles still had dirt from prior guests. At this point we were so disgusted and tired, we just went to sleep. Woke up and checked out immediately. As there are so many hotels to choose from in Niagara, my suggestion is to do better. My experience left such a bad taste in my mouth ,I will now think twice about staying here.
