Well located hotel but the...

Liked: Great location, warm water at good pressure
Disliked: The overall cleanliness was an issue. I found a clove on the floor, the towers had stains on them and the closet was in an odd location.

Excellent team.

Liked: Very good egg omelette cooked by chef Eqbal and he even served it with the waitress.
Disliked: The bathroom faucet needs to be changed to a better one. Also the room should have a small refrigerator.

A place that you cannot...

Liked: The location
Disliked: I went to celebrate my anniversary with my wife, I purchased an expensive watch (TAG HEUR) and she forgot the box in the room the day of the check out. We called the hotel back and they said that the watch was not there. How is that possible? It's a 2.5K watch, so someone took it.Be careful, keep everything in the safe and please do not forget anything. First and last time visiting this place.

Liked: The roof top view was amazing.
Disliked: There was no shower gel in the bathroom and no one came to fill it

Comfortable, good food, professional staff,...

Liked: The hotel is well-located for my purposes, so I didn't mind that the neighborhood is a bit grim. It certainly seemed safe. The breakfast was good and well-priced, and the room was a good size and on a high floor.
Disliked: The staff certainly answered my questions, I don't have any real complaints, but I wish they could have turned down the music in the rooftop bar (almost no one else was there). The decor was a little sad, it could use a renovation.
