Very disappointing

Disliked: I was very disappointed, the apartment was neglected, very old, nothing worked, the air conditioner was broken, the dishwasher didn't work, neither did the washing machine, the floor was dirty, and they didn't change the sheets on the beds before we entered, this is not our first time, but definitely the last.

Liked: The rooms were spacecious, beds are comfortable great for a 5-6 person families, location is close to all the parks, supermarket and a fantastic diner just a walk distance from the apartment.
Disliked: Daily cleaning services could be a great addition to a wonderful family experience.

Liked: Fantastic, large, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Very well kept buildings and grounds, efficient trash-removal service. Everything worked. Pool was excellent, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Basketball court was brilliant.
Disliked: Please let people know the lakeside walk is longer and partly roadside due to the building works next door shutting off the path. Glad we were on the top floor away from the noise of the ground floor aircon units. Would request a lake view next time.

Disappointing

Disliked: Couple of major issues, very disappointed considering this was my fourth time staying at the Vista Cay Orlando. My shower in Master bedroom was rusted and pieces falling apart. The coffee pot had actually mold in the reservoir, thank god no one drank from it. Ants coming invading the property non stop, biting the kids :( a list of things I dont care to type. Ugggggh just mentally exhausted over the 5 day stay.
