Front desk clerk was very nice. Room was very clean. Very quiet. Offered satellite TV on 40" TV, so that was nice. Close to fast food places and had a Japanese steakhouse and sushi bar in same parking lot. My expectations were very low when I booked my room because it was so much cheaper then the rest. So I was extra surprised to find such a clean room with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

Booking.com should have more conviction...

Liked: That I walked out. That my eye sight was good enough to see that it was a tip, my nose was able to smell the damp, musty and dirt.
Disliked: The room and hotel is a poor standard, its photos on Booking.com are totally unrealistic; the client is transient in nature. Its prices are very high for a start. The bed sheets are dirty. The room stunk. Furniture is broken, cupboards were working. The window security screen is broken. The wiring looked average for an air conditioner. The Staff lied about their relationship with the owner - 3 times the manager changed the subject when I asked if the owner was her husband. The receptionist claimed that it was owned by a body corporate...I walked out - they only refunded about 40% of the bill. I had originally paid for 5 nights at US$500+. Booking.com are complicit in this disgraceful incident.

Stay away - Slum Hotel

Disliked: This is literally a slum motel. The room was in rough shape even though the bed was clean. Holes in the wall, the door looked like someone had kicked it in at some point, mold in the shower, unsafe outlet hanging from the wall, lampshades were broken and in disrepair, holes in the curtains, rot in the structure. We stayed the first night and asked to check out but they would not allow us to cancel the second night. Staff was not accommodating to the complaints

Disliked: Upon arrival and first day room had strong obnoxious disinfectant odor.
