Superb

Everything you need in NYC

Liked: Loved the room, view, location, spa, cleanliness, etc. Visited the spa and had a facial and that was great too. AND worked out in the gym (never happens for me,) because they're usually in a basement, but I loved the gym, view, equipment, all great.

Great location, good amenities, professional...

Liked: Great location, small but comfortable rooms, helpful support staff and good amenities.
Disliked: They had lost my reservation and If I hadn't insisted/escalated I would have had to find a room last minute late at night. Eventually solved but not the level of service I am used to in this hotel.

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful design, friendly and helpfull staff, great bar-restaurant and balcony on the 3rd floor
Disliked: The A/C stop-start was very noisy and woke us up during the night.

Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel stay, excellent value for money, great fun in hotel restaurants and bars, excellent views from the upper floors (views of Empire State Building from the room to the Statue of Liberty from the 39th floor bar). Best stay ever :)
Disliked: No complaints.
