Liked: Close to all sight seeing attractions, unbelievable staff so friendly and a great price

Modern decent size room, recommend...

Liked: Nice newish property, big rooms with getting read area. Separate shower and toilets. Lots of mirrors and decent lighting. I stayed the week before thanksgiving and the decorations were out in force. Front of house staff mostly helpful although I am still trying to work out the different charges on my bill / what I was charged almost a month later.
Disliked: My room was cleaned but not thoroughly, which a few people have mentioned. And also couldn’t get tickets to the Mariah Carey pop up bar - which was a shame being a guest of the hotel. Lobby area is a bit of a weird atmosphere as they also have non-hotel guests coming in for the various bars and restaurants and the elevators are tucked away.

Not worth the money

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Despite booking from UK and it saying all taxes and fees were included, they charged me an additional $500 on arrival. Safe was also broken and they wouldn’t send anyone to fix instead claiming they have cctv so it’s all good. Price is insane for the level of service.

Liked: Ideally located in midtown Manhattan. Provides all you need for a safe and convenient stay either for work or weekend holiday
Disliked: Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly and less indifferent. Pricing is a bit on the top end
