Liked: It's a nice hotel, located outside of the noisy streets of the city, people are extremely nice and friendly, bed was very comfy, room was big, internet speed was ok, the rooftop was also nice for quick pool/food breaks
Disliked: The window in the room was to the dark internal patio, so no natural light in the room.

Perfect in every way!

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel! The service, the amenities, the facilities, the food, the cleanliness! Cannot wait to come back and stay again soon!

Not worth the price

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is a very convenient walk to the superdome. The bed was comfortable, and the room was extremely clean.
Disliked: We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. I understand that this hotel is not used to having so many guests and people around. However, it seemed the hotel was not well prepared. Our room was not ready when we checked in, which was way after the check-in time. The elevators either stopped on every floor or didn't work all together. The processes for having this many guests did not seem efficient. The room lighting was odd and confusing. Everything is digital. For instance, everything is on the tv...including the room service menu. Our tv wasn't working, so we had to request for someone to come fix it. Therefore, we didn't have time to get room service. Overall, it seems like this hotel is trying too hard to be modern and "cool", but it ends up just being inefficient. For the amount of price gauging they were doing, it definitely did not meet expectations. Maybe this stay is fine during a regular New Orleans visit, but I would not recommend if you were coming for a concert at the superdome.

Liked: The hotel was so beautiful and classy. We loved the pull parties and events hosted each day.
Disliked: Front desk clerks were rude and unknowledgeable. They also use outdated computer and printers which make the check-in experience longer.
