Liked: Spacious room, comfy beds, and a really great layout for a standard room that allows for separation between the sleeping chamber and the bathroom/vanity area. Great amenities from a cute little coffee spot in the lobby with plenty of espresso drinks to choose from to the amazing rooftop pool that was quiet during the week despite a full calendar of fun events for Mardi Gras. The front desk was great about checking in with us about when we were arriving, the baristas were kind and engaging, and the doormen were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We also loved the location — close enough to everything but far enough away that our evenings were peaceful. We loved how pet friendly the hotel is, and the rooms are perfect for traveling with a pet thanks to the doors separating the sleeping chamber from the front of the room. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: A warm New Orleans welcome from the door staff and those on the reception . All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
