Great and kind staff, trendy...

Liked: Arrived super early and they were able to accomodate us with an early check in, making our first day in the city far better than could have been expected after a red eye
Disliked: I didn't realize how popular the hotel bar was going to be, so it was a bit harder to get a drink at our hotel than expected. That said, it was because they did such a good job setting up the lobby for christmas, I get why it was so full!

Perfect Birthday stay

Liked: Loved everything about the hotel other than they kept trying to charge me for the room which had already been paid thru booking.com. We had a great b'fast restaurant recommended and we were able to walk to it from the hotel and the food was amazing I still would give hotel 5 stars because they got everything straightened out.

Will not stay here again....

Liked: The room wasn’t not cleaned properly. I brought Clorox wipes so i recleaned it!! Mainly visible surfaces. Plus i found a cookie in the wardrobe area
Disliked: The fact that the phone did not work my entire stay. No one refreshed the towels. When they were refreshed they smelled like smoke. To call for my car via text or tv did not work. So literally i had to come downstairs for a cart and was informed by staff that nothing works.
