Liked: Gorgeous CleanFriendly staff

Maybe will return, but I...

Liked: perfect location, beautiful roof top bar, the staff was very friendly, I felt safe walking around
Disliked: Our room was dirty. the bathroom had lots of long black hair, red curly wig like hair all over the bathroom floor. Every corner had dirt in it. So much so that I cleaned it myself. Also our glass door had nasty greasy looking finger prints all over it. The shower door was also rusted and didn't seal. We visited a few years ago and the room wasn't as bad. Also, the new aromas for the toiletries doesn't smell as good as the old one. I didn't want to switch rooms or complain about it, but since its being asked....

Disliked: Total lack of support to recover 7 pieces of underwear -some quite expensive- that I forgot in the room. I had to give up.
