Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Beautiful place

Liked: The whole property was amazing. It was clean, and there so many things to do beautiful views . The game room and gym were a nice touch

Liked: The room was pretty nice, but I didn't feel that my stay was value for money.
Disliked: This is my second time staying here, but I probably won't come again as it wasn't as good as my first visit. Seems a lot more expensive than last time, less restaurants open for breakfast, couldn't use the fridge for your own items (there was a $40 fee to empty it), high resort fees (this isn't a thing in Australia - why don't you just include it in the price if it's compulsory?!) ...just money money money. Any chance to charge you, they'll do it. Also, good luck sleeping in after 5:30am - lots of random banging noises each morning from nearby rooms and corridors for some reason.

Liked: My only reason to downgrade the hotel is that the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. We were there in April. I can’t imagine in the heat of summer
