Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Liked: The breakfast was good, location and parking good with good customer service.
Disliked: Right now I cannot think of anything. The rooms are very clean and smells good.

not bad. if the cleaning...

Disliked: we need to call the hotel staff for cleaning everyday, or they will not do the cleaning. This is not reasonable and i think the cleaning should be done everyday without the customers to call the hotel staff to do this thing.

Liked: Didn't use it but the gym looked fantastic and awesome that it was 24 hours. Also liked that there's a Nobu. Will try One Steakhouse next time. Getting downstairs, outside and picking up an Uber was also so much more convenient than the Strip hotels. Overall, I had just spent six crappy days at the Bellagio, and I wasn't a fan of the Palms where our conference was either, so Virgin was a welcome change of pace.
Disliked: Nothing really. Didn't stay long enough to have any complaints. From a broad level, the location isn't the most convenient if I'm trying to access other places on the strip, only the airport, and there weren't any entertainment venues (i.e. clubs) that I could see. But if I were staying again for business, I'd prob def pick Virgin over most of the way more expensive places on the Strip.
