Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Nice modern hotel a little...

Liked: The pool area is nice but small (free part). The room was nice and modern with a comfortable bed. Parking is free and not too far from the rooms.
Disliked: Nothing

Fabulous stay, rooms and facilities...

Disliked: Fully support people's right to peacefully protest. But for the kitchen staff to scream into our ears with loudspeakers and tell us they're instructing the cleaning staff to steal from guest rooms was atrocious. That completely crossed the line for me and those guilty of that should be held accountable and fired.
