Perfect hotel for traveling with...

Liked: It was our first time at this hotel, and we really appreciated. The hotel decoration is modern and fancy. We were thrilled about the red shower. Everything is red, even the elevators. The restaurant was really nice too, we only went for breakfast, but they also have a famous brunch with DJ during the weekends. The valet staff was very friendly too.
Disliked: We had a problem with the elevators (three of them were broken during our stay). Unfortunately there were a large group of young adults that were there for a Cotton Bowl game and they made a lot of noise during the night. And we missed a coffee machine in our room, we only had some tea bags and a kettle. But besides that, everything was awesome during our stay.

Liked: Very hip and modern atmosphere. Restaurant had delicious brunch. Walk in shower? Incredible. Had a city skyline view in my room as promised. Big fluffy robes already in the room for us. Full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower and they all smell expensive.
Disliked: Pillows coulda been better. They were kinda just... flat? There were no prices on the mini bar as well. No telling how much I just paid for two Dr. Peppers. Wish the curtains opened a little sider as well for such a big window.

Liked: I enjoyed the hotel. The aesthetic was nice and it was very picturesque. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in a great location very close to everything. The food at the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The minibar in the room is fully stocked but, the cost of everything was a bit much. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and didn’t receive any acknowledgment. Not that we needed it but, it would have been a nice gesture. The rooms have a lot of technology but you aren’t provided with any instruments tons on how to use any of it.

Glam hotel in a nice...

Liked: Really nice modern hotel, felt very glam. The lobby bar was excellent, also loved the pool. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. Very comfy beds too! Would recommend for a trip to Dallas.
Disliked: Nothing really, only small picky thing would be that there was so many light switches in the room, didnt know what switch was for what. Location couldve been closer to more things potentially, but we just ubered everywhere we went.

Great restaurant, terrible hotel. Motel...

Liked: Beautifully decorated but furniture and carpets were visibility stained and worn in some areas. Great restaurant with delicious menu options and highly trained staff. The restaurant was the bright spot of the stay. The bar area was beautiful as well (somewhat worn and needed to be cleaned) but the 2 of the 3 bartenders were unfriendly and we were charged for drinks we didn’t order. There was a fun DJ at the bar that night which was a great add. Thanks restaurant and bar were the best part of the stay.
Disliked: The room was extremely small and filled with large furniture so that we had to move it around just to access the seating. Furnishings were beautiful but the couch and rug were both stained. The bed linens were cheap, rough and terrible- not what I expected from this hotel. The towels were also the cheapest, basic hotel towels. Very disappointed with the bedding and bath amenities. Front desk staff ( all 4 we encountered) were not helpful or accommodating, some tried but they were clearly not trained in customer service and seem bored and bothered to have to check us in or answer questions. Likewise, at the pool, staff tried but didn’t provide the customer service I expected from this level of hotel. We had to deal with our own umbrella and the “pool club restaurant” was takeout from the restaurant delivered in a paper bag. The pool was comfortable and clean but, not a luxury experience. I would never recommend to anyone, or ever stay at the hotel again.
