Nice hotel, but too noisy...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and clean, with a central location and a very spacious room. Be careful with the breakfast!
Disliked: Be careful with the breakfast! Even though we had breakfast included in the room rate, we were charged for the breakfasts. When we asked for clarification, they told us that they give $25 vouchers per person per day, something no one had mentioned at check-in. After several days and multiple emails, with the booking receipt clearly stating that breakfast was supposed to be included, we managed to get reimbursed. In addition, the L subway passes underneath the hotel, and there is a lot of noise in the rooms.

Liked: Bed was so comfy, room size was perfect but that bathroom was awesome! Loved Miss Rickys and we enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Noise level was pretty nonexistent other than the train in the morning. But did not hear neighbors above or next door. Will be back for sure!
