Superb

Modern, stylish hotel in great...

Liked: Very modern, clean, comfortable. Great size room for a four day stay. Within walking distance of the train and many popular Chicago attractions like Millennium Park and the riverwalk. There is a coffee shop within the hotel on the ground floor.
Disliked: Like some other reviewers mentioned, we did get woken up by protesters and they didn’t stop for a good half an hour. This was at 8am on a Sunday but no other day while we were there. We were offered a lower floor upon arrival and we would’ve declined if we’d known.

Overall it was a wonderful...

Liked: We loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again. The fact that it was pet friendly but also aesthetically pleasing was great. The staff was always very friendly. The coffee shop and roof top bar were a great bonus. It was also very quiet and close walking distance to many places. It was a great stay at a good price.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there was a dedicated pet area. The walking map was a bit misleading as the stairwell by the river was closed off and it was kind of a far walk. The fridge also didn't have room to put any left over food from restaurants or items that we brought.

Good location, clean, roomy, but...

Liked: Our view and room were great. Good soundproofing as well. Roomy.. staff was courteous.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Pillows were sooooo lofty we couldn't use them. No pillow for 3 nights. Please consider a variety to choose from, or at.least one that is able to be fluffed or flattened.

Liked: Great location, in the heart of Chicago. Beautiful interior with great views.
Disliked: You can hear the music from the rooftop, we stayed on the 21st floor.
