Not the best experience.

Liked: Expensive for an overnight stay. No diningroom facilities available. Of the food available on the room service menu, none of my choices weren’t available. Only the young lady at reception was friendly. All other staff seemed unhappy to be there.

Liked: The stay was very nice. The staff was wonderful. Only reason for the 9 was the a/c wasn't very cool. Everything else was great.

Disliked: Room window didn't seal completely, so there was traffic noise. Above-ground car park was completely full and underground was closed off.
