Fantastic hotel

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very clean, great variety at breakfast(ask for fried eggs if you prefer). Short metro ride to main tourist areas. Friendly staff, modern hotel in great condition. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: They don't provide iron, or milk in the room for tea/coffee but can ask at restaurant and they will give you some.

Liked: Good breakfast, fresh and tasty
Disliked: Senior reception staff. I skipped room service for my 3rd day, so energy is not wasted when the room is in good condition. However, as a result, I was out of water. When I asked for water, I was refused and asked to go down to the bar instead, which ofcourse is paid.

Nice hotel.

Liked: Friendly staf. Good room with all the basics. Nice location.
Disliked: Nothing really. Maybe update uniform of reception staff it looked very worn.

Location!

Liked: Love the location! Far enough from downtown noise but close enough to walk or take the metro.Very clean facilities and modern. Staff were very friendly. Stayed with my 11 year old son and great location to grab a bite to eat. Pingo Doce right next door, a Padaria Portuguesa up the street and El Corte Ingles near by.
Disliked: The beds were slightly hard (that's personal preference that I prefer a soft top). Washrooms had a slight odor. Not sure if plumbing issues as everything worked and very clean.
