Lovely welcoming luxury London hotel

Liked: As soon as you walk in the employees are attentive, friendly and welcoming. I love the location, room, restaurant and views
Disliked: If I was to be really picky / small size slippers would be nice. And to add bubble bath to a bath is almost impossible as the shower gel is attached to wall and doesn’t reach the bath
