Good location, very clean, room...

Liked: Very helpful receptionist, room was fair, location good, free and available drinks making room
Disliked: The room was very cold and 2 windows were open! The room took a long time to slightly heat up. The towel heated rail in the bathroom had been switched off, outside of the room, so not obvious to find! The mattress was exceedingly hard, would not stay again due the mattress and cold room. The coffee machine was not working in the breakfast room, had to walk across the building to get a hot drink at breakfast time!!

Liked: I love the location, Great area to look round & easy to get to.,the breakfast is fantastic, I couldn't fault it.the room was good -even though it was on the front it was very quiet.staff were all friendly as well.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location near transport links Quiet residential area Near restaurants.Staff very welcoming and helpful.Very nice room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower difficult to adjust water temperature- either too hot or too cold.No extraction in bathroom so got very steamy.Plumbing noises in bedroom at night despite radiators being off.

Liked: Great location, super breakfast and very clean. A stone's throw from Notting Hill Gate tube and within walking distance of Portobello Road Market.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was a bit too warm, even in November, but opening the window resolved that!
