Even Da Vinci would enjoy...

Liked: The service was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout my stay at the hotel.The rooftop with views over the distant mountains and over Gran Via was greatThe hotel design was nice and rooms with views over Gean Via are light and wonderful.
Disliked: Breakfast selection could be better.

900$ for 3 night was...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: I paid 900$ for 3 night. It just wasn’t worth it. It was good but not for 300$ per night. The waiter at the breakfast table didn’t come to me to put the coffee, although I asked for it. The second day neither. But they serve to any other costumer. So I felt it uncomfortable. The socket at the left side of the bed didn’t work.

Great location and very comfy...

Liked: Superb location and clean rooms. The marble staircase and lifts are lovely and the staff are very helpful. Beds were extremely comfy with a huge selection of pillows! My room was over looking Gran Via, but there were no noise issues from outside - got a great night’s sleep!The rooms from outside the door are not very noise proof - as soon as the cleaners start their shift in the morning, it can be noisy.
