Great location, modern and clean...

Liked: The location is excellent if you want to enjoy the center of Madrid. The room is small but spotless and modern, and the staff is okay. The hotel does not have airport transportation, as they offer in Booking. If you have a car, hotel parking is 45€/night, and parking outside the hotel will probably be impossible. If you need a taxi or Uber, they can come for you right in front of the hotel door. It's definitely a good choice if you want to be in the middle of the action.
Disliked: Staff could have a better attitude, even when they did ok.

I will never book here...

Liked: The first time it was amazing. This las time it was terrible.
Disliked: The personnel was rude over the phone call and did not helped with my queries.
