Very relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: We up graded to a marina view window and it was a brilliant view with a super comfy bed and powerful shower. Ideal location for visiting the town and beaches, Car park up the road free, ideal.

Relaxing comfortable stay

Liked: Hotel clean & comfortable fresh modern decoration. Excellent location opposite the promenade overlooking a picturesque little harbour. Many lovely restaurants nearby city centre shops and major attractions within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and welcoming in all areas reception bar and breakfast room. Short distance from airport & bus station
Disliked: Minor point to make it a 10 plus use less flor spray in the bedrooms.

An amazing hotel was a...

Liked: Room location was amazing, with a fantastic view of Santander. It exceeded expectations.
Disliked: The only thing that I can think of, would be that in the breakfast buffet, there is perhaps a cafeteria type shelf in front of the food counter to place plate(s) on. It was difficult to always hold plate and select foods, and there was little room on the food counter itself to temporarily place a plate. Also, a toilet brush would be my only suggestion for hotel rooms, otherwise the rooms were excellent.
