Very comfortable hotel in handy...

Liked: Good breakfast buffet selection of cold and hot dishes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, muesli and choice of other dishes from menu.
Disliked: Perhaps more staff to order menu dishes and coffee from at busy times.

Comfortable and very central

Liked: The location of the hotel was very central, close to great restaurants and bars. Even though the location was very central the surroundings of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The fact that the hotel has a restaurant/bar right on the peaceful square that the building is situated, is a great addition. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times.
Disliked: Staff at breakfast could definitely be better trained. They are not as friendly as the reception staff and their English is not sufficient. Breakfast variety was sufficient. If you like to drink tea, you would have to wait for the staff to bring you hot water because the machines only give coffee. Also, every morning we had to wait for black teas to be replaced since they ran out very quickly. The breakfast staff needs to be more attentive and quick to replace whatever's ran out. The best thing to do would be to put a separate hot water machine so that the guests are not dependent on getting the attention of the staff.

Perfect location, superb hospitality

Liked: Loved the location- quite plaza tucked in a corner of Sevilla, within 6 to 10 minute walk of all the major locations and sites. Also close to restaurant and shops. The rooms were beautiful and homely.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely. Hot, cold, healthy and sweet options were available and they were delicious.

Liked: Quiet location in a nice plaza. Close to all historical sites (10 min walk). Wish the rook was a bit bigger, but it was clean and comfrotable.
