The front desk staff are...

Disliked: The front desk staff are not friendly at all ! Like I enquire about any reason around at the first night when I arrived! A lady told me turn left side walk for 9 minutes ! But as a matter of fact turn right in two minutes there are quite a few already ! I instruct them I got a friend to join me on the last night and I pay for his tax already and request extra set of towels and tooth brushes ! But that evening we come back not only no extra set of towels but also not even one single piece of tooth brush and we have to go downstairs to front desk to get them by ourselves ! Is it a four star hotel?

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. Too bad one terrace was closed, but it will reopen after renovation.
Disliked: If you like to have a drink on the rooftop terrace be aware that they close at 23:30, also in the weekends. They already start taking the cushions inside way before that time and you are impolitely asked to leave.
