Liked: Next to Guggenheim big plus, howevee about 1,5 km walking distance to old town
Disliked: Our car was in the garage and the hotel had a very good service intention. Somebody had washed our front window, but forgotten to dry it/shine it, which we noticed once we got out and could not see through the window. Spunge soap marks. Good intention, thanks, but it would have been better to not to mess the window…

Helpful staff , great room...

Liked: Great hotel and great location.all staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and good value
Disliked: I could not get the hang of how to sign in to WiFi. I was only there one night so not a big issue. I’m sure if I’d asked for help it would have been provided. At most hotels I stay at I have no problem with this . Maybe they have built in extra security. Puzzling. Did not affect my enjoyment.

Amazing!

Liked: The staff at this hotel, Mikel, Aroa and Imanol were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
