Liked: Great location near the river and Guggenheim. Nice lobby. Very clean with friendly staff.
Disliked: The coffee in the room was poor and there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms.

Disliked: Beware! Worst service ever! Parking lift was broken, had to wait extra 20 minutes of my valuable time so i was late to the next destination and missed the lunch. The guy at the reception is completely unprofessional, annoying and had a very disturbing body odour! He shouldn’t be working with people. Probably is mental.Before our arrival they sent me tons of confusing messages in Spanish and i couldn’t read them while driving! I texted them I am coming with a car. Also didn’t notify me that i have to pay the parking right before check out which i thought i payed upon check in and had to run from the garage to the reception and waste 10 minutes of my valuable time. The parking cost is 20 euro, the QnA on the booking said 18 euro!! Absolute robbery!!! Could not stream a movie at night because of the atrocious internet! What a horseplay!!With all the confusing messages they sent me they didn’t notify that I’ll have to provide both physical passports. I always show a photo of my passport at reception and no one had a problem with this. They made us open our luggage in front of other guests and run to the garage to take the documents from the car. The junior suit was just a bigger room. The carpet was dirty. I picked up all of the previous guests’ hair and dust with my yoga mat from the carpet. The room was a freezer. The AC started working only after 20 minutes after turning it on. There was only one set of toiletries for 2 guests, had to request more. No tissues, no toilet brush, no garbage bag in the bin.

Perfect Location in the Heart...

Liked: The perfect location in the heart of the city, close to all the main tourist destinations (the Guggenheim is about 4 minutes walk away), wonderful views across the river and the bridges, sited on the walkway along the river to the Old Town. Myriad Pintxos bars are within a short walk, so you never need go hungry! Friendly and helpful staff right across the hotel (Reception, Bar and Restaurant), who took time to give us all the information about the city (things to see, places to eat, where NOT to go) we needed. Also, if you have a car, make sure you pre-book the underground car parking. An absolute Godsend. Restaurant was really nice, it's not cheap, but the quality of food is good and the staff are excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, great hotel, fabulous location.
