Liked: Location was perfect close to metro and the city center..very busy which is expected. The upgrade with the view of the portion of the city.. claudia is very very nice cheerful and accomodating.. another guy in the front desk that afternoon who helped us with borrowing umbrella and showing us where valor or san gines was he was so nice as well..
Disliked: 1- Bell boy or Concierge doesn't help ama not friendly even they see you with suitcases up the stairs to check in and check out. 2- The lobby is very tight and small nowhere to sit down..3- no conditioner, no lotion, no slippers or robes, no Free water and coffee first hotel i know that's 4 or 5 stars that has none of this basics.. very dirty lobby and hallway..4- room is very tight and small no bench to put your luggage when you sorting..

Excellent hotel and location!

Liked: I loved the location and I paid for the grand view, which was AWESOME! I loved the spacious king bed room. I also loved the restaurant that was onsite. The staff were extremely nice and professional.
