Very good

Liked: Location was great, walking distance to lots of places, lots of shops and restaurants around
Disliked: there were events on Gran Via every night with the street blocked. We missed our dinner reservation one of the nights because it was impossible to get out of the area, nor by walking nor by taxi

Great stay in central Madrid

Liked: Great, spacious room with comfortable bed. Bathroom the same, clean and very spacious. The room was facing busy Gran Vía but I couldn’t hear any noise at all. Great hotel in a very central location. Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Everything was great!

The best hotel in Madrid.

Liked: Bianca in reception was fantastic and so helpful! The rooftop bar was the best. Our room was so comfortable and cannot beat location.
