Disappointing

Liked: Lovely hotel, some things needed dusting but on the nights we were staying there was alot of noise and nobody onsite to speak to, the number at the desk didn't work and one night we were woken up by police onsite. Only offered a late checkout as compensation. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Haven't found the hot tub...

Disliked: Hotel staff told me there was a hot tub, there wasn't unfortunately. The price I paid for one night could've been spent at a hotel with better facilties.A 4 star Hotel without a restaurant! Feel robbed.

Poorly maintained and dirty hotel.

Liked: The location was good in the centre of the town.
Disliked: The hotel was really dirty, very poorly maintained, with below average facilities, understaffed (one poor girl on her own was trying to do everything and clearly stressed), and it was exceptionally noisy.
