Disliked: It was dirty, mattress was so soft you sank in. No staff until we called 10times. The rooms smelt and so did reception. Beds had crumbs on and bathroom had Algae on the walls. We checked out within the same day after a couple hours trying to find a better place

Superb

Liked: Excellent location and a friendly easy check in process. Our room was spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a walk in shower and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We took an upgrade from budget to standard room.
Disliked: Nothing. This was was excellent value for money. For the price I was expecting a lot less.

Disappointing

Liked: central location
Disliked: Mould in room all along window ledge , and in toilet . We were moved room after reporting this , but I wouldn’t recommend. The whole building smelt bad.

Great location but hotel didn’t...

Liked: Location excellent but couldn’t use hear noises through windows ie rubbish sweeper machines etc.
Disliked: Lift not working, had to use stairs but these were not supposed to be used for going up as fire escape. Had to jump in lift to get it moving so decided not to use it anymore. Shower luke warm. Great TV and good sized room, big bath but couldn’t use it as water not hot.
